| She Won't Leave Him Alone ! Ok any suggestions? Kyra is a puppy still at 16 weeks and Laddy is 3 years old. He has been doing wonderful with her but she just won't leave him alone if he is in her reach. He tries to play with me or DH and she bites his ears, hangs on to his face hair etc. until he finally gives her a little nip. Not a bite she barely lets out a little peep so its just a warning but I am concerned if we can't get her to be less aggressive in her play it could be worse later on. Any suggestions please?

| We experienced this with our little girl. She just would not leave our 9yr old poodle alone. Sometimes I would just pick her up and give him a break or have someone take him or her to another room. Now she is 14months old and will chew on his hind legs, but she is not biting hard. He used to nip her,but now that she isnt teething and biting hard he either sits down or will drag her to me and I pick her up. As she has gotten older she has slowed down alot and isnt tomenting him as much. I let them work it out,he taught her to not bite hard. Im sure that someone will come along with a better idea. |

| I think that eventually she will calm down. Until Laddy "puts Kyra" in her place, she's going to continue playing with him. I guess it's kinda their way of letting each other know their boundaries. Poor Hot Rod would get attacked by Maggie May all the time when she came home...she would literally run under him and shock the daylights out of him, lol. The vet told us that until Hot Rod "told" Maggie that he was done playing, she would continue. And at the same time, Hot Rod does things to Maggie as well and the vet says pretty much the same thing about Maggie letting Hot Rod know she's done with it all. I'm sure they will work it out. I would sometimes take Hot Rod out on an errand with me while Maggie got to spend some time with daddy.

| Having the same issues with Yoshi, my almost 7 yr old Peke and Miss Priss who is 6 months, she aggravates him and he has tried to put her in her place but she completely ignores him, well she is a little terrier. I just never leave them unattended, who knows what might escalate.

| I definitely think she will calm down. Georgie used to harrass our Boxer Coco as a puppy and now they are both currently laying down snoozing which is what they do most afternoons.
