| ![]() He is so lucky you took him. If someone else had and was only interested in the "credentials " he may have been returned through no fault of his own. Hope you have many happy years together Oh and welcome.

![]() I actually know of someone (a friend of mine) who searched a long time for a breeder she thought she could trust. She wanted a Pug. She took home her puppy (registered, shots etc) and was over the moon with him..until after a vet visit at 20 weeks old (to have him fixed) her vet mentioned that he was deffinately a mix. My friend had payed 700 for that puppy, and here thatīs ALOT of money.Turns out he was a Pug/french bulldog mix and thankfully, she got (and was deffintely entitled to..) a full refund. She didnt have to return her dog (his name is "bultos"),neither did she want to. With her refund, she brought home a purebred Pug from a very reputable breeder and now has both dogs. Once you have fallen inlove with your puppy,it doesnt matter whatīs in its genes, but that still doesnt justify the amount of money you have payed and it doesnt change the fact that you now have a dog you didnt originally want..and itīs ok to fight for your rights without abandoning your pup ![]()

| ![]() You can get your own DNA Kit from AKC. You can buy a prepaid one which costs a little less or get a free one and send in the fee when you send the sample back.

| ![]() Steve is a lucky little fellow. He's as cute as can be. I would vote for you to do your own DNA test and if it comes back negative, go after this breeder and make an example of them. Good luck. |

| ![]() He is absolutely adorable. I hate it when I hear that breeders are not honest. He sounds like a very smart puppy. We love bragging moms on here with pictures and video..... so keep them coming!

| ![]() So I am going to DNA test for our own curiosity and to help prove this woman is a scammer as well as endangering these puppies. Steve seems very bow legged and she will no doubt continue to breed her stud, sgt gizmo. I found the pics of the supposed parents. The bigger is the "dad" and the smaller was the mother that supposedly died at the vets hands. Wish I had a screen shot of that. http://i747.photobucket.com/albums/x...e/0da177d5.jpg http://i747.photobucket.com/albums/x...e/8f76eb16.jpg I also have a few of his litter mate sis. http://i747.photobucket.com/albums/x...e/e3734731.jpg http://i747.photobucket.com/albums/x...e/7d684ef2.jpg http://i747.photobucket.com/albums/x...e/8c47a288.jpg This is Steve's "parti" sis from another litter (supposedly) http://i747.photobucket.com/albums/x...e/ddf02ff1.jpg The plot thickens. Thoughts? Besides, I'm an idiot, lol. |
