| FortiFlora Probiotics Awhile back, my vet gave Brandi some Fortiflora probiotics to help when she had loose stools or even when she gets constipated. It has worked wonders for her stools. The vet said it was safe to feed it to her everyday once a day. I've done research on it and read the reviews and everybody who has given it to there dogs love it, very few side effects. I have to admit when I gave it to Brandi her stool was perfect, not to soft and not too firm. I've tried changing her food but there was really no change with her stool, until I tried the probiotics. Has anyone used this product? |

| We love probiotics! Our Boxer had a yeast infection in her ears and once we started using probiotics it has cleared up completely! We also take probiotics ourselves and it has helped up as well! We add some non fat plain greek yogurt to Coco and Georgie's food and they love it!

| Are these by prescription or do you buy OTC? Sophie Kate takes a probiotic daily and I have buying them from the vet but if they're available OTC I think I will ask about switching.

| My vet gave it to us when Callie was having potty problems as well and it was great then I ended up switching to a food that has probiotics in it so I stopped giving it.

| Yes I know Yorkie owners who give it daily to both yorkies. You can order it online likely cheaper than from a Vet. KV Vet supply is pretty good and if you order more tha $50 worth, no shipping is charged. Anyone can order from them. You can order it on Amazon or check with your vet. Brandi didn't need a prescription for it. | |
