This is crazy. Material things can't replace living beings. Smartphones upgrade every six months but that yorkie provides love for years to come.

I agree wholeheartedly. Miles and I rescued each other. I will add pics when I get on a computer. Wish we had an iPad app lol!!

Wow. This is disgusting. I hope that poor baby finds a better home soon. If DH wouldn't freak out I'd go get him myself. This is so terrible. I wouldn't trade Bentley for anythg and the thought that someone could baffles me.

And this kid's parents know about this???? Would never happen if I had kids and they pulled a stunt like that. I would put them on craigslist to trade in for Apple products. I think I would be happier with a new iMac than them lol!!!

just check out any Craigslist in any area of the country and you will see the "free to good homes" for any breed of dog you want...

I know...I have gotten a few of these dogs (some yorkies) just to get them away from the owners!

we keep them for a while, get them back to health, then rehome them with people we can trust...

People don't understand the "free to a good home" dog or cat is possibly going to a puppy mill for breeding purposes or to "bull-baiting" for pit bill fighting....(that's what they use live small dogs and cats for)

I just want to shake people and then make them "free to a good home" and see what wonderful situation it puts them in!

When I have a larger place I will do this as well... right now I'm in a one room studio.

Anyone else who has the means of rehoming dogs like this should do it...if anything it will be worth it just to feel good that you're helping out.

You can always upgrade to a newer phone but you can't not replace a pet. I rather sell my iphone than Tessa.
