| Welcome to YT!! You probably need to resize your pics. I found a really simply way of making them the right size, just open your picture in paint (which everyone has) and then on the menu at the top of the program select resize. A window will open and you will see horizontal 100% and vertical 100% I have a DSLR so the pics are 2 megs each so I choose 40% for each and then save. You may have to choose a different number but so long as you make each the same such as 50% horizontal and 50% vertical the picture will look good. Just bear in mind that a picture cant be more than 200kb. I hope this helps and I can't wait to see your little ones
