| Tip groomers? Marley will have first visit at the groomers tomorrow. It is a private business ran out of her house. I found her from the breeder and a couple of recommendations. Do you tip groomers? If so is it the standard you would tip hairdressers? |

| I do not tip my mobile groomer as it is her business, she makes all the monies that are paid. I would tip if I went to a grooming establishmemt that the groomer I used was not the owner. |

| I tip and its the owner that does the grooming but I believe its a service that requires a tip no matter who does it. Tipping is a reward to them for a job well done

| I have a mobile groomer and I tip her $10. I like her service, she always does what I ask, I'm always happy with it so I want to keep her happy, she deserves the extra $10. My mom is the owner of a salon, she does waxing/facials/etc and they still tip her. She actually makes less than most of her employees. Simply being an owner of a business doesn't necessarily mean you have a lot of money, or don't need or appreciate the tip.

| I always tip Beamer's groomer. She is mobile and comes to the house. Heck, sometimes if it is a late appointment we have her stay for dinner She is great - when I had the stroke a few weeks ago she came when I got out of the hospital and groomed Beamer and wouldn't accept payment. She even cuts Lil Bit's nails sometimes when she grooms Beamer (Lil Bit doesn't need grooming as often as Beamer) and doesn't charge me extra for the nail cutting.

| I am so embarassed. I don't tip my groomer because I am so busy tipping human daughter's hair stylist. Also my hair stylist and grown son's barber. But I do buy merchandise from her. I buy pet food and other supplies from her business. I support her that way. I feel so bad now. |
