The weather is odd here, too. I work in DC and yesterday the high was 47, today and tomorrow the high is 65 and then the end of the week is back down to the low 50's and 40's. In the morning, I wear my heavy wool coat, hat and scarf only to carry home or hung over my purse. Crazy weather.

It snowed briefly a little after Christmass but it was more of an icy type of snow. DS was disappointed that he couldn't make snow angels.

My son called me from VA. yesterday and said it was 60 degrees and he's loving it, especially since he just moved there from MN.

My favorite time of year is winter here in CA. and we have been having the most incredibly beautiful weather and I'm going to continue to relish every single minute of it because I know how nasty March, April, May and June are. There is a saying here........May gray & June gloom.........and it's so true. March and April is very wet and extremely windy.
