| Hmmm that makes sense!! Hm I wonder when it gets longer if it will smooth out? Like my hair is frizzy curly more so when short, when it is longer it kinda smooths out.

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | He looks like silk coat to me, but could be a modified silk or a mixture, as Chachi says. His coloration is what breeders call a "light blue". Peanut is adorable, and will probably stay that color. Females tend to get lighter each time they go into season, lol, I want to say “period”, but that’s wrong for dogs.

| His hair looks alot like my Jewels and she even has that little wave Peanut has by his back leg. Hers is modified silk and it does lay straight when long. It looks exactly like a silk coat but it doesnt have the shine of a silk coat and I did have to keep up with brushing once a day and I used Vive conditioner in her hair to make it very soft and silky. I loved her hair long but took a break from it and cut her short. Her face is somewhat long though.

I love the convenience of short as well- Plus in the summer Pnut has to be shaved, he is really heat sensitve. He will not do much of anything outside if he isn't cut down I will have to shave his long locks off when it starts to warm up- I think I will be pretty sad that day

| His eyes are green in one of the pictures where a flash was taken so I would say Silky based on that.
