| I've used it since getting Allie, 2 years ago. No complaints, the vets r great at our location. I can bring her in whenever and only pay for any tests or meds. I do have to upgrade for her to get her teeth done, but so far so good. |

| I have heard of over vaccinating being done but have no first hand experience. I have also seen complaints about them charging outrageous prices for sick pups....for xrays and all...much higher than other vets. I would advise you to google: Banfield complaints

| No I wouldn't. Yes, they have insurance and give discounts to their highly over price rates. Without their insurance and discounts I can go to another vet and get better service for the same or lower price. I have a few friends who lost their dogs to them. I don't trust them to even give my dogs routine shots. Better off with a private vet who really cares for their patients and is willing to work with you as well. Banfield just hides behind their paperwork. I'm sure somewhere in this country their are some good honest people working for Banfield. But I will not support them when they rip off so many others with their label.

| Oh wow! That is terrible. I moved over a year ago and hed to get a new vet for my Chuhuahua. I loved our "regular" vet sooo much. And they were so reasonable with their prices. Now I go to VCA. They're good, I just don't let them talk me into a bunch of extra stuff that I don't need. |
