How old is my puppy ? Hi everyone, I have gotten a yorkie puppy this week and according to her passport she is 3 months old, but she looks younger than that. Can you tell me your guesses on how old she looks ?

Looks very tiny for 12 weeks, I would think younger too, looking at her hair growth. I have a 18 week old right now that I got at 12 weeks and he was the smallest in his litter - is expected to be under 5 pounds and wasn't quite 2 pounds at 12 weeks. She's beautiful by the way. Enjoy her.

My puppy was exactly the same. His size and hair growth made him look younger than his age. He was approximately 650 grams at three months. He had a growth spurt between four and five months so he's almost caught up now, but still smaller than the average yorkie at five months. His parents were both a little under five pounds. She looks very similar to my puppy when he was three months old. She's precious~~ Now I have to go look at past pictures of my furry and reminisce.
