| Neutering...another question about it. Just a quick one. My neices yorkie is 7 to 8 years old and still intack. Would it benefit him at this age to be neutered to prevent cancer. Will be looking for answers tomorrow. Thanks everyone. |

| Neutering is so important for a male dog. You would be amazed at the changes for the better that will happen when a male dog is neutered. It may take a little longer to see the change in an older dog but it is very helpful none the less. |

| Behavior wise, he's such a good little boy. He's not a humper, only with the barn cat. Lol. He doesnt mark in the house. One would never know that he wasn't neutered if you observed his actions. He's not aggressive either. We were wondering about the health part. I've puppy sit him for a week at a time. He's very meek and timid. Thank you for the responses. :-) |

| Actual pictures and article about neutering If you want to read the why's and see the surgery, then this is a good article. However, if you don't want to see the pictures, then do not click on this link: Dog Castration
