| Do you ever wonder.... What is going on in your furbabies little mind? I sure do I can usually read my two pretty well, but this week with the excitement of getting the little yorkie Bear out of a bad home and his new Mommy Stephanie (SophieandZiggy) picking him up last night, there little world has been kind of topsy turvy. They were both really jealous of Little Bear when I brought him home Wed afternoon. They seemed to be a little better with him yesterday evening. I left them at home with daddy when I went to meet Stephanie and when I got home they were semi normal acting. This morning they ate fine, but layed on the big couch which they never do, they are always beside me on the loveseat while I have my morning coffee. My DH said....they are acting really strange this morning His thinks that in their minds, I brought in the new pup, he stayed for a little over 24hrs...I left with the new pup and came home without him and now DH thinks that they are afraid they are next to go (over my dead body) What are your thoughts?? Do you think it is just the stress of the week or could they be afraid they are going to go out the door, never to return? Hopefully they will be back to normal when I get home from work this evening. It makes me sad to have upset them like this.

| I would love to be able to read my girls minds! I think maybe it is the excitement of the week. I think any kind of change does affect them in some sense. But they know you love them and surely don't think that you would be going to get rid of them. I bet in a day or two everything will be back to normal!

| Haha! I think mine were thinking they were going to be next to go when Tink went in for her surgery. She was in the hospital for a week. The others were avoiding me and on their very best behavior while Tink was gone. I think too they picked up on my emotional turmoil. They were very happy to see Tink come home again... as was I.

| I'd guess they are wondering what is going to happen next. You really gave them a surprise bringing home a strange dog and now they wonder what the next act will be! They probably are going to be a bit suspicious for a while! |

| Aww! I hope Jada and Bogie are back to normal this afternoon! Maybe it was just the excitement of having a little pup there for a few days. I always wonder what Levi is thinking...I usually end up narrating his "thoughts" to whoever is around, or having a conversation with him when it's just us two. I think I might be slightly nuts.

| I never thought that they might think that, but you never know. Maybe they're jealous, because you left and took Bear with you. They can stay mad for quite awhile ya know?

| I ask that question all the time! I imagine your two are just tired out and relaxing after having a playful guest over. Much like you would after having house guests and they're pausing to appreciate things a little more Matt and I always narrate our two's strange expressions/actions. I doubt we are anywhere close to their actual thoughts, but it provides entertainment nonetheless.

| I bet Jada and Bogie will be back to normal soon and I can't imagine them thinking they'e be anywhere else but with you! I always get the impression from mine that they really do think I understand them. Like, duh, feed me! I know you know I'm hungry, so just feed me already..why do we have to play this game of sit and shake, and stay until you say ok? Just FEED ME!!!!! "I" know it's dinner time when the bell strikes, what are "you" waitin on? Yeah, Mylee's conversations are more like a butt chewing than a warm fuzzy, but I love her silly self. LOL....

| I am fascinated that 2 Yorkies would be jealous of a new addition. That answers that question for me. I always thought Max was jealous when Teddy arrived because Max was an only child up to that point. We narrate the doggies thoughts too. We also say crazy things to them, and would love to know what they are thinking. For instance, after I put on their harnesses, I tell them, "You go down the hill and come right back, and don't talk to any strangers along the way." They tilt their heads as if to say, "whaaat?"

| Nope I do this too... totally not nutts, it's those who don't narrate the thoughts that are the nuts ones.

| I went home for one night after being gone for about 10 days.. My sweet Bailey just groaned and cried when he saw me! He would not leave my side. I also wondered what they think when I am gone like that. Lol..Remy gets excited to see me if I walk out to my car and back in...what must she think of a week?

| They are acting back to normal tonight I think it was just a case of over stimulation and stress with the break in their routine. Bogie has always acted out if he gets mad or upset by having potty accidents. Tonight he did his ultimate, get back at you for not paying him enough attention..pooped on the couch He has done that like 3 times in the last year and half...and it is always after something stressful or at least what I think is stressful for him (like not getting his ball immediately after his supper)
