| ![]() Tia has had one ear up ALL day today. We shaved her ears and this one popped up about two days later. I had really given up on them, but had also been massaging them every night after her brushing. I'm actually really intruiged by this whole ear thing right now, wondering what in the world will happen to the other one, and if the one that is up will stay that way!! ![]()

| ![]() When Chrystel first arrived her ears were erect. They stayed that way until recently and one went down; today the other one did. I am not worried but I don't like them down. Taping is not an option-when you have a whole bunch of Yorkies taped ears are just one more thing to grab and pull the owner around. I am massaging them and keeping the hair clippered. She is a Biewer and has a lot of dark color on her face and head so they are not really obvious..It has been my experience that if they have been up for a while- then they will be up again... |

| ![]() Louie's ears are flopped down. When we first got him, one was up and the other was down and now they are both down. I think it's adorable, I guess it really is preference...I hope Louie's stay flopped he's only 11 weeks...so, we'll see I guess!!

| ![]() I trim my yorkies ears and give them cottage cheese or calcium . thewir cutting teeth and it takes the calcium away from their ears. I have seen people tape them but i havent had to. We dont trim nothing on a yorkie but the tail.Never trim the ears.
