| ![]() I have read on other posts that the babyfood is fine. But you could also just use a reg sweet potato. Cook in microwave add not butter or salt. Just a little every day should be fine. Good luck, daily pills are always tricky. |

| ![]() Oh that's a good idea!! . Yes the everyday pills are hard- I try to give him healthy things too. I had him on wet food, but no matter the brand he was so itchy. Since I took him off the wet food he is soo much better! Now the hard thing is finding him healthy food he likes and is good for him!

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | ![]() Just want to remind you that onions and garlic are natural and organic, even the botulinum toxin is natural and organic! So being natural and organic doesn't mean much, only that the produce is fertilized with things like manure instead of other types of manmade plant food. Look on the ingrediant list to see what it actually contains.

| ![]() Princess eats Sweet Potato and Sweet Potato & Chicken for meds & for a special treat when needed. I use about about a tsp. & smear it around to make her think she's getting more. ![]() I'd bet the powder would easily be disguised in a baby food.

| ![]() I give mine baby food as well- no problems- the vet says it is fine. Check the ingredients well- many have onion or garlic and some of the fruit ones have grape juice. But otherwise its fine.

| ![]() Oh good, that's the reason I liked the baby food bc all it has is sweet potato and water.. with no added sugar and salt! Its some organic kind- I don't like how it is .89 cents a can, but Pnut laps it up- I'm talking he licks the bowl clean!!

| ![]() P.s. how long can I keep the food!? I opened it yesterday, the jar says keep for 3 days... I highly doubt I will use it all within 3 days- he only gets a teaspoon once a day...?

YT 1000 Club Member | ![]() Hi, Romeo has baby food for lunch every day. He will only eat Apples & Chicken. Gerber 2nd Foods has changed the mix of ingredients and he refuses to eat it now. However, I found Beech Nut Apples & Chicken which Romeo's taken a strong liking to. Baby food was approved by Romeo's vet so I feel 100% safe feeding this to him.
