| Grooming table Some people might call me crazy but I want to find a nice grooming table for my Yorkie, KeeKee. I haven't purchased one yet but my neighbor, who also shares a love for Yorkies, has one. This sounds stupid, but it makes me jealous. She even has a dog room a great grooming table cover on it and it keeps her table protected. I think I may have an idea for the table but I don't know if I need a specific cloth cover for grooming KeeKee on. I'm here for suggestions or to see if anyone has bought the table covers at Buyshade. Are they the dog appropriate kind that KeeKee won't ruin with claws and teeth? I appreciate any advice that you have for me. Thanks! |

| I guess I don't understand why you would want to cover it. Mine has grooves (is the only way I know to describe it) to keep them from slipping. I actually use another table that has 2 electrical outlets that makes it easier to hook up my dryer and clippers etc. and I put my grooming table over next to their bath tub and I keep shampoos, conditioners and whatever on it. I think you will love having one. They really come in handy, even if you don't groom and just use them to blow dry when they take bathes. |

| I also bought mine from pet edge. They have good prices and it's quality stuff. Makes grooming Pistol myself so much easier. |

Now, many exhibitors do have table covers, most with their kennel name embroidered on the cloth. It makes your grooming area at a show a little more professional looking and advertises your kennel. If you still want a cover, the ones you linked to do look very nice. Their durability would depend upon what type of fabric is used. Probably the most durable fabric would be a canvas type, fabrics that would show wear and tear more easily would be - satins, silks, felts, fleeces, knits etc.

| As a groomer all I can say is don't cover yoour table It is made for your pups not to slide all over because if they fall off they can choke with the loop.
