That's why all the questions. No real answers from the OP.

If the parti breeder is reputable, CG you're right, why would she defend the OP? Also my point with the cancelling of the sale, it should be placed on an FAQ page once, not at the end of every. single. page. It makes the breeder look defensive and confrontational at the same time. (To me, it's equivalent to a greeder who puts "WE ACCEPT PAYPAL!!!" on every page. Really? Once was enough.) As someone who knows nothing about partis or biewers, that's what it looks like to me.

I'm still confuzzled about the possible paternity of these pups. How long did she have the dogs before the pups were born? If she had the male for just a short time and it was a recent neuter (less than 1 month) it's possible he fathered the pups (sperm can live in the vas deferens for several weeks after a neutering). More likely, it was a stranger just passing through, though.

IDK. Definitely a case for The Maury Show.
Bc she did not witness the tie. Plain and simple.

She wouldn't be the first owner who didn't witness a tie that ended up with pups from two dogs they own.

Very true, but she doesn't know the lineage of the dog in the first place.

Example, Smokey my foster, was "papered" by APRI and ACA as a purebred yorkie. From Missouri. IMO he is a yorkie mix. That doesn't make him any less of a cool and loveable dog, but I doubt he is 100% yorkie. doesn't matter bc I am not trying to breed him, just place him. the problem comes when someone doesn't truly know the origin of the pups and try to sell them as pure or worse rare.

Yes i have the right to cancel and refuse anyone I see not fit to have one of my yorkies. My contract and my prices are between me and the buyer.
If you have no intention of buying a pup then my contract or price is of NO USE to you.

Very true. Unfortunately, we see a lot of that. People are suckers for a good marketing term.

My point is why put it on every single page. It's tacky to say the least. As an outsider who knows nothing about partis or biewers, that's how you come off, just letting you know. It's called constructive criticism. It's not bashing when I give ideas that could help.

Also last year I found Iv San bernard did not have the most honest "gifts" for a contest. Just saying, since they are so prominently displayed on your site.

Do I have my facts wrong? Someone let me know. I'm not intentionally trying to be a jerk. but someone to supposedly have such a great reputation to defend the OP has really put up a red flag for me. Maybe it's just to late for me? IDK.:confused:

I do not care what she prices them at, Its none of my business. I take care of my own yorkies and do not tell others what to do with theirs.
I wasn't defending her, I just said its her business.

I see where you are coming from-I don't have the answers.

You'd have to ask her I only know from posts here and other places about her breeding and advocacy.

Personally I only ever looked at her site when she refereed to some Parti history there I was reading about and was confused.

You'd have to ask her about her health guarantee I beleive she only pre-screens potential buyer through her application (on the site) before she presents other information. But now I see there is no health guarantee listed or sales contract.

Maybe you two should talk and maybe it's an over-site maybe not I couldn't say to be totally honest.

I know not listing prices are not put on there for a reason.

Thank you so much for your wonderful advice. :thumbup: Coming from such an experienced breeder I am thrilled to learn this is how you go about determining the type of Yorkie you are selling/breeding. Just look at their noses. Brown, blue, golden, parti. I can't wait to here how you determine their sex :)

thanks im getting a little bit of help from the breeder i bought my two toy yorkies from looks like they are going to have a black nose they have a little black on the sides im anxious to see how they will look like in 9 weeks
