| Martha Stewart Pet Collection How do you feel about the harness her line provides? My bigger dog has a harness from Walmart, but I've read about collapsed trachea and I'm a little worried about what I put around her. Here is a LINK of the one that I bought her. Sorry for all my questions, this is my first yorkie, I'm a little over excited. :P |

Katie Scarlett's Mommy Donating Member | I saw those at Petsmart and thought they were really cute, but we went with another one. We actually had to get a cat harness. No dog ones would fit our little puppy. But I do think her stuff is super cute. I got a dress on clearance from Martha Stewart while in Petsmart this weekend and it seems well made and Katie Scarlett loved it. It's so soft and cute. As for the safety factor, I am not sure to be honest with you. I am still new to all of this, but I hope someone can help you more than I. We went with this harness for Katie Scarlett. Coastal Pet Pink Mesh Cat Harness at PETCO I like it, but do have one complaint...I don't like how the back of it slides around. If the leash is not being held on the tighter side, it droops down one of her sides. I had originally bought this harness for her (In a different color and at Petco) and I LOVE it, but it's still a wee bit big. I'm hoping as she grows we can go into this one. It looks so much more comfortable and like it would be better for her walks. Amazon.com: Petco Smoochie Pooch Multi Hearts Dog... Sorry I couldn't be of more help! Good luck to you though!

| It rides up too close to the neck. You need a step in harness like these: Buddy Belts, Buddy Belt Harness - FunnyFur.com Step In Dog Harness, No Choke Dog Harness, Harnesses for Small Dogs

| I think it might be okay. It looks like it would pull on her shoulders if she'd pull, however the neck piece isn't like most step-in harnesses it's higher up which is a bit of a concern. Overall I feel like the martha stewart collection is over-priced but cute things all around.
