| Doggie Shoulder bags? Does anyone have a Dog Bag that you carry your baby in on your shoulder? Pita is on the bigger size in the 8lb range, and I was just wondering if there is a good bag for her size. I think it would be easier and safer to be able to put her in a little shoulder bag when we are out and about. Thanks! |

My wife has about 10 of them, you know, one for each venue! We use it when we take out almost 15 year old Yorkie for a walk. She walks a block, and is carried the rest of the way. Lightweight, easy to carry, and the dog has plenty of vision. They can be bought at Petsmart, on-line, dog boutiques, etc. Ours weighs closr to 8 pounds.

| Thanks guys. I just wasn't sure if 8-9lbs is just too big to be carried in a handbag. |

| I have the Kwigy Bo - Alex. What a nice bag it is - it has the roll up flaps if you want to zip the top. It also comes in two sizes - sm and lg. I have the small but I will probably have to get the large at some point.

| I have two shoulder bags. My Gina who weighed 9 lbs fit into it perfectly. Some stores and other places that don't want dogs did accept her in the bag.

| Hey, how big is Riley? I'm trying to decide if I'd need a small or a large. |

It's probably best to go by how tall and long they are rather than how much they weigh..... Also, I got my kwigy-bo from YT Member Ryan. [RDB911] He has the lowest prices...and gives a YT discount. You can PM him and he can also help. Hope this helps!

| I haven't picked up my new baby yet (but hopefully will today) but did find a "puppy purse" that I really liked the looks of (it comes in small & large) & is very reasonable. I should receive it by the first of the week. Obviously, I do not know how well constructed it is yet & only time will tell for sure. My baby should not get over 6# (parents are smaller than this) so I figured a small would work for her. I personally like the looks of a more "constructed" bag but I am sure many prefer a soft bag. This is my personal opinion. Kwigy Bo is the best that I have seen. I looked at some of our local pet stores and they looked like junk compared to the KB. Now keep in mind I was looking at Petco and Pet Smart. I haven't looked at some of the "big" names. Some of the prices on the Petco ones were high too. So I figured it would be better for me to spend a little more to get a good quality product. I am glad I got the KB. I take Rosie to stores all the time and people think it is my purse. It looks like a nice purse that you are carrying around. I guess it depends on what you are looking for. But if you want the purse look I highly recommend the KB. And Ryan has the best prices!
