| I'm going to switch Paisley's food again -Blue buffalo When i got Paisley she was on Iams -small breed puppy food. I bought a small bag of it and now that the bag was getting low I decided to start mixing with a new food. I went to TSC a couple of days ago to look at foods.. I was interested in the Blue Buffalo brand since I have a good friend who swears by it. When I got there, they were out of the small breed puppy formula in the Blue Buffalo and one of the employees talked to me about the Diamond Naturals. She said it was basically the same as Blue Buffalo. After doing some reading about food and the ingredients I realized they are not the same. I'm not saying that diamond naturals is bad, because i don't believe it is. I do think the Blue Buffalo is better though. ...and my friend says the dog will eat less of the Blue and be full. So tonight I went to petsmart to take paisley to her obedience class and they had a sale on the Blue buffalo.. a 15 pound bag for $26.99 with your Petsmart card. It's normally $30.99. A five pound bag is $19.99 regular price, that size bag was not on sale. So I figured with it being on sale , now was as good of time to try it as any so i bought a bag. I do have the 5 pound bag of the Diamond Natural so I will probably finish that first. I don't know. I may go ahead and try the Blue... because if I like it, I may pick up a couple more bags while it's on sale. Does anyone else feed the Blue Buffalo?

| Yep we feed Blue Buffalo. We've been feeding them it for about 2 years and they still love it. We get them the fish and sweet potato recipe as chicken doesn't agree with them. I buy it at Petco and use my rewards card. Just this month I earned a free 30lb bag of dog food that would have cost $50. We've tried several foods and this was the only one that they all liked and continued to like.

| oh that's good to hear! If paisley likes it, then I'll use the adult formula later. I think I'm going to switch my dachshund to the adult formula now and then when Paisley goes on it, they will both be eating the same food.

| Belle was on BB puppy for a while, but she didn't seem to like it. I used to feed all of my dogs (and my fiance's 2 dogs when they also lived with me) BB. We never had any problems with it. I may feed it again, but for now all 3 are on SD Ideal Balance and loving it.

| Sakura eats the blue buffalo too. She loves it. She gets tired of the same kibble after a little bit so I have been giving her the canned food. She loves it. And I usually mix in a little of the fish and sweet potato kibbles too. She licks her plate clean. |

| We are on Blue Adult Chicken formula. Troy likes it. He tires of food like every 3 months but he's stuck with this one for a while. Happy with his coat, weight maintenance and poops. If your pupper takes to it I say try it. The thing I like about PetsMart is if your dog doesn't like the food you can take it back even an opened bag.

| Sounds like most dogs like it... Thanks everyone! My Lil friend - I didn't look at the treats. I was so focussed on reading the food ingredients. I seen the treats hanging up there, just didn't pay any attention. I'll have to look next time. Paisley Loves those all natural Chiken jerky strips! She also likes Pup-Roni, the original bacon flavor. Rachael1983- I didn't know that about Petsmart. That's good that they'll do that. I don't get to go to Petsmart real often because it's so far away. We're going every week right now because we're doing the puppy obedience classes. After that I'll have to get the Blue Buffalo food from TSC.
