This is the best doggie news I have heard.

Mine do not wear collars cause they stay inside. Jack is chipped, Josie is not.

I did have another dog that stayed outside during the day (had access to my front porch). He got out of fence, dug a hole to chase a female dog in heat. He had a collar with tags. I got a call that day from my vet, my neigbor had found him in her back yard. Her yard had no fence. He had been shot. Yes some sicko shot a 7-8 lb dog. I was devastated. I was glad my neighbor went the extra mile and she called my house but I was at work and then she called the vet's name on the tag. I never found out who shot him, I have my idea. I did file a police report, but we never found out who did it. If he didn't have a tag on his collar I might not had ever found out what happened to him.

I don't know the story of how Zeke went missing, I am just glad it is endng this way.

I am so happy to hear this news! I remember when so many of us were doing all we could to help in the search for Zeke. Although we were all worried and heartbroken, many lasting friendships were formed during those long hours on the forum.

I would love to see pics of little Zeke, you have made my day with this wonderful news.

Hey Kathy... Isn't this the most wonderful news???? I can hardly sit still from the sheer joy and excitement! I never doubted either.. do you remember how many hours we spent looking for leads, and just chatting to each other , waiting and hoping for good news? This news has made my year, never mind my day.
