Sick?!?! Hi everyone. So around 5:30 this morning i heard this gagging sound. I looked over and Diddy was sitting up and gagging. He vomited a clear liquid. This happened two more times. He finally went back to sleep and just now started gagging and this time vomited a yellowish liquid and his stomach is making these very loud gurgling noises. Whats wrong with him??? I feel so bad!!

Simon has done this too He was not sick, sick per se, just had an icky tummy. The yellow liquid is bile. I just give him boiled chicken with white rice. That puts something in the stomach and usually calms his stomach. By the way, this usually happens when he has not eaten in a while. Kind of like when we get stomach rot.

Oh dear, it's horrible when that happens isn't it? How old is your baby? Are you using puppy milk with your Cheerios? I know Harry reached a point a couple of months ago when his tummy didn't seem to be able to tolerate that anymore. Sally + Harry x

He is 11 months old. No Ive never given him puppy milk. Another thing is I know my aunt slips him food all the time. Actually Im pretty sure everybody in my house does. They all feel bad when he cries. So Im wondering if his belly just has had enough. He is still a baby. I dont know if I should take him to the vet or not. Either way I guess I have to wait till tomorrow.

He probably just has an icky tummy..... Cheerios should be fine... but I use them as treats rather than a meal. I would definitely do something bland like the chicken and rice..... then you should find a kibble that he will eat and stick to it.... I went through about 4 different ones, before I finally settled with ACANA. He gobbles that right down. Just be Careful with what kind of human food and how much because it can cause Pancreatitis which from what I have heard and read is No Fun!! Hoping your baby feels better Soon!!
