I was thinking it felt like fall was in the air today as well. I'm here in southern California. It is still very warm, but there were some great breezes coming through today and the nights have been a few degrees cooler.

I'm not fooling myself however....it is supposed to near 100 by the end of the weekend. But today...it felt like fall was coming.

I got my wish!! It was literally 30degrees cooler today!! I spent most of the day on the back porch working on a project and enjoying the cool breeze.

Wasn't it NICE?!
I think someone should make and sell t-shirts saying:

"I lived through the summer of '11 in DFW!"
or
"I survived Summer '11 in Texas!"

Ok fall is definitely here now for us! I woke up shivering last night. It got so cold. It's time to put away the flip flops and shorts!

The fall is the best

Fall walks, pumpkins, apple picking, baseball games! I love summer bc I'm a teacher so I'm free, but fall is def the best season

In Oct. or Nov. I will be able to use my fire pit without being eaten by mosquitoes and maybe wear a hoodie, that will be nice. Suddenly I am craving a Smores..

I have to laugh...I'm sorry it has been so hot for you all...We have had a few summers in So. California like that. This wasn't one of them, thank God!!! And I do!!!

AHHHHH I love the fall!! Except here it has gone from summer, straight to cold, back to hot, then fall. All in a week. lol

I cant wait to go pumpkin picking, baking fall foods, decorating. ahhhh i love this season!

oh and last but not least FOOTBALL!!!!

I'm excited because we just bought a new house. we move in before Halloween. So I get to do all new decorations! I have already seen a ton of fall items i want to get!!
