I was just talking to a friend of mine and she said she carries a stun gun and a can of maise with her when she walks her yorkies. She said she is so sick of these idiot people and their big dogs that she took things in her own hands. She said animal control and the police are useless. They give these jerks a lecture and that's how far as it goes. She said that this would not do anything to bring back a dog that's been killed by these dogs. You have to defend your babies whatever way you can. I'm just glad my dogs stay in their own back yard with a 7 foot privacy fence where they are safe.

So sorry for you and your dogs. Obviously this guy had no control of his dog. People like that don't have any business owning a breed that could hurt someone.

I was terrified reading this! I'm always afraid to take my little ones out just for this same reason! I'm so glad you guys were not physically hurt and hoped you turned in the owner for allowing his dog to run lose.
