| Well once again a newbie is taken task for not doing it the Senior Way. 4 Hours in a crate will not hurt this yorkie or any other yorkie. The problem with this site is that it's your way or get out. Well I have had enough rude behavior on the part of the senior yorkie talker. Thanks but no thanks. Keno and I are out of here. Gizmo's Momma, see ya over on Dogster. Not so judgemental over there. |

| Great! I didn't ask how big he was, but some of the teeny tiny ones can get hypoglycemic so fast! My best friend got a yorkie several years ago from a person selling on the side of the road. Her puppy was 6 weeks old and upon getting him home she realized he weighed 10oz. The first day she went to work, but came home for lunch to find him vomitting and acting lethargic. She was sure it was parvo, but after some nutrical and a lesson from the vet he was good to go! She was a first time small breed owner and was never informed of the hypoglycemia. Chloe came home weighing 2 1/s lbs at 12 weeks, but Toby was only 19 or 20 oz when he came home, so he needed the nutrical. Best of luck, and again, I was not trying to be snarky at all |

| hey and WELCOME! i know what you mean, im a big dog person and they become your best friends! but with these little ones, they're like babies! good luck with your new baby! potty training will be a challenge.. my baby is 17 weeks old and we're still working on it.. I truelly believe they know exactly where to and where not to potty, they just choose not to, lol..
