Me too. Looking for an update on the little "cool dude". :) |
I'm so glad your lil guy is doing so much better and so sorry it happened in the first place. He's such a fighter!! |
I just read your post now. I'm so glad Deeogi is on the mend now. Don't be afraid to call autorities about this pit pull. There is too much of this going around all over the country. People have to put their foot down. There are a few nice pits around but for the most part they are dangerous dogs. Most people who own them are stupid and if I hear once more that their dog is so good with their children and would never hurt another living thing, I'm going to throw up. |
I wouldn't own one but from all I've read it's their training that makes them more violent that any other breed. I know my friend growing up had a mutt. Nicest dog ever. Never had a problem in knowing that dog for over 10 years. Then one summer, just got her at a bad time and she bit me over the eye. Fluke thing. So can't blame the dog...but I'd sure be going to small claims court (if nothing else) to sue for any vet costs for their negligence in letting their dog get out. |
Just saw this thread and I have been reading thru and looking at the pictures. I am so, so, so sorry this happened to this little guy! How wonderful that he is on the mend though. We also have a fenced in yard and Ive never considered them being pulled under the fence by a bigger dog. I had to fix our fence about 3 months after getting our babies because the neighbor girl kept lifting the fence up at the bottom and pulling them thru to "play" with them. I stopped that right away but just to make sure I bought small mesh fencing and attached it to our chain link all the way around. I than staked it to the ground about every 3 inches with metal V camp stakes. Problem solved. We also had to get padlocks and put on our gates because she would come in the yard when they were out regardless if we wanted her there or not. You cant be to careful with these little bundles of joy! Again, so glad your baby is getting better! It breaks my heart that either of you had to go thru this! |
I have tears in my eyes as I write this. I'm thinking of you both. |
Update!!! Hoping for a current update on Deeogi!! Hope he is doing well!!! :D |
Oh my gosh, I am so sorry to hear that. I remember when my neighbor had that happen to his puppy. What an awful thing to go through. I hope everything turns out well and the recovery is smooth and easy. |
I think about Deeogi often and just wondering how he is doing, would love to see new pictures and a update from mommy. Hugs to Deeogi. |
