| Zach's constantly Scratching His Face and Ears For the past few weeks Zach has been scratching his face and neck really hard, We checked him for fleas and ticks and saw nothing, We had seen a black scab behind his left ear but now it seems to be gone. Anyway we are taking him to the vet today to have him checked out. Zach and all our dogs are on Frontline Plus, Does anybody's dog scratch alot? Should I be looking for something in particular? Any suggestions would be appreciated. |

| Make sure the vet takes a good look deep in his ears. Ask about mites too. Sorry your baby has the itchies and I hope the vet can determine the problem quickly so that he can get some relief.

| Well we brought Zach to the vet and she couldn't find anything. She gave us something to put in his ears and some shampoo to try. |

| ear scratching My chubbie does the same thing I thought it might be mites put medication in his ear he did fine for 2 days then the scratching started up again. It seems to only bother him at night during the day he doesn't scratch. Did you and your vet come up with a solution? I hate seeing him scratch he seems so irritated and uncomfortable. |
