Iuse to see them outside shopping malls .. Now that I live in a small town I don't see it. I am very glad you called the police. Good job.

Yes that is her car. You can't tell from the angle of the photo but she's actually standing at the police car driver's window. I drove around the parking lot after I called the police because I was debating whether or not to approach the woman and what to say. The police came soon enough and I snapped the photo as I was driving away. I'm not too sure what else they were looking for in her car.

i have never seen that around here but have seen them in our local WM parking lot..reported to the manager. the lady was bragging about only have one left

I used to think it was normal since I grew up seeing that. It wasn't until I had my first dog that I learn how precious and delicate they can be. Those people have no heart.

I never see that around here, but I would definitely call the cops too! Those poor puppies.

In my area, selling dogs on the side of the road is banned. But just a short drive down the road and you are in another jurisdiction where they don't care. Either that or they are at the flea markets selling them.

Karen, I'm sure those puppies would give you lots of kisses if they could.

My sister and I took my conversion van and my two Yorkies for an outing at the Mall. After a fun trip thru PetSmart, we set up our camp chairs by the van and got out our lunch and the boys' water, snacks, etc. I was undone by the number of cars that slowed as they drove past and asked if we were selling dogs! OMG! We won't tailgate near the PetSmart lot again!
