| Do you shop a lot for your Yorkie? Do you find you shop for your babies every time you go out? Maybe it is just me, but it seems like every time I go out shopping for something for me, I end up in the pet section looking for something for my babies. Thankfully, I only seem to go to the shops on the weekends. This weekend, I managed to refrain from buying them anything at the mall, but caved when I went to Target and then found myself walking down to PetSmart (which is a few stores down). They got a large stuffing free raccoon from Target with squeakers in the feet and nose and crinkly stuff in the tail. |

| I do until I sit back and look at all the stuff he already has. The amount of stuff my five-pound dog owns is ridiculous. A few months ago, we loaded up a box of brand new, completely unused things that we had never been touched - harnesses, clothes, food, flea preventatives, etc. - and took them to our local humane society. That was an eye-opener - since then, I've tried not to overdo it. He already owns everything in the world he could possibly need or want. Of course, he is so spoiled that he thinks every single bag I bring into the house has something in it for him. And he is usually right.

| Jackson is soooo spoiled He's always getting something new. Though I've kept it to a minimum lately and most 'needs'

| I am guilty of always being on the look out for something new a different for my gang. They usually end up with something new about once every couple of weeks....toy, treat, clothing or bed.....who knows what I will come across. We even ordered our motorhome to be able to retrofit cages for travelling in. We are off for a month this summer! So sad....My Yorkies own me.....

♥Trained by my pups♥ Donating YT 500 Club Member | Yes mine all get something most of the time. Today they got a beef treat they love. And I usually make sure I get things for my daughters dogs. They deserve to be spoiled also ....

| Use to be 6 sons that I had to shop for but now that they are all grown adults with families of their own, I now shop for my girls. I finally get to buy bows, lacey things, bling, pink clothes but we don't buy toys anymore. They rarely play with them. They have so much now that they really don't need a thing, but every once in awhile I'll buy material to make a little quilt since you can't have too many of those on chilly or cold days when you go to the Vet., or for use in the stroller or shopping cart or car. I put them in their bed & sofa. They are such little "nesters".

| I think we need to define "need", my DH and I had this discussion this past weekend, lets just say I or rather Sprocket didn't lose. But we do shop all the time. We also donate to the animal shelter extra stuff, I find that way it never looks like we have so much and then of course there is the sharing. And that is a good thing in it's self.

| Um yes! I managed to purchase a sundress that was a size S instead of XS. I altered it so it would fit. Today I was in BABYS R US,Mina got a package of oneies (she will need these Wed for spay) and a sleeveless onesie that is on its way to being a sundress for vaca. So staying out of the petstores isn't working for me. I have a room with fabric and several patterns,a few things cut out to make. I would say that I need a theropist except this IS my theropy. I purchased a carharness and tether for the truck, but am going to get a booster seat for my car. I was in the baby store looking at infant carseats, tryiing to decide if I wanted to convert one of those for Mina or just purchase the "lookout", the lookout won. My sweet husband is not rolling his eyes,he just smiles and tells me how adorable Mina is and that she has more pesonality than ANY dog that we have ever had. |

| The answer to that is yes. I just got back from getting her a Goobey harness, natural pet flea spray for her, and natural pet flea spray for bedding and carpet at Woofville. I would have bought more, but I restrained myself because my husband was there. -winkwink- Lol!

| Nope. She has what she needs and a lot of stuff she doesn't need. She checks grocery bags when we come home to see what she got. lol. But the money spent on those things is needly elsewhere now (like the vet ).

| Oh god, I feel so much better after reading all your posts!! I thought I was the only one who always shop for my Macy instead of for me! Every single time I go out to shop, I always end up getting Macy stuff. In fact, yesterday I went to the mall and there is a new pet store that I LOVE, I ended up getting Macy this really cute pink dog football. A few weeks ago when I was at that store, I got Macy a really soft pink blanket for her birthday. You won't believe the cost for that blanket. Macy also gets spoiled by her Grandma (my mom). Whenever my mom goes to the grocery store, she stops at the pet section every time and always gets her a bag of treats or two. Spoiled dog, but hey, what can I say? I love Macy to pieces.

| Ya, we've had Ozzy for only 2 weeks and I'm sure we've spent as much on STUFF for Ozzy as we spent on Ozzy himself |
