Thanks. I'm on IE. It's not the same message, although I've had that one, too. It tells me I have to run an application so I run it and then I get a box that says digital receiving error. Now it's not responding at all. I have the latest Java update.

I'm getting a new computer in a week or two so hopefully I can chat sometime*sigh*

3 hours to go ... I was unable to get into chat as well. So, I will be standing by since. Although Yorkie Talk will notify me of the winners of my donated items. But, still looking forward to results.

I will try again. Not sure why, but I do get a message. I had to downgrade IE9 to IE8 because IE9 causes my printer to have problems, so maybe if I try now, I can get in. Will see.

I had two messages pop up. The first is "The applications digital signature has an error. Do you want to run this application". I have to say run. Then it pops up "Java has discovered application components that could indicate a security concern". I have to say no. Then chat works. Are these the messages you get?

Applause, Applause, I got in the chat. I was hitting yes to the questions when the 2nd one is to block potentially harmful stuff.. you don't want to do that, you have to say no... and then you are in. I tested it. Whoopee! 3 hours to go.

Also, for anyone who is having an issue getting into chat, there is another option of downloading mIRC. A few of us tested it yesterday and it certainly does work as an alternative. Find instructions here: http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/yor...talk-chat.html
