| Introducing myself Hi all, I have just joined this forum and am happy to be here. First because I am considering a Yorkie because a good friend knows that I am ready to have a dog again, and she will have a litter at the end of the year. I am trying to decide if a Yorkie is right for me...I look forward to viewing some of the threads in this forum and I hope to get some informed answers to some of my questions. I lost my beloved Rudy in 2001 and the grieving process has been slow..she was my best friend for many years. I am approaching retirement from my day job and am looking forward to sharing my love with a new four legged friend. The second reason for joining is because I have a business that might be appreciated here....it is a double edged sword because it involves the sad process of saying goodbye to our beloved pets...something that I am personally familiar with. I do have a website, but I'm pretty sure that the administrators of this forum would prefer that I communicate with them before I advertise. I make cremation beads...they are glass bead that are infused with a small amount of cremation ash. I hope I will be welcomed into your family, and I look forward to the relationship! |

| Hi and Welcome to YT! I'm so sorry for your loss of Rudy. It does seem to take a long time to adjust to not having a dog around... they have such a way of infusing themselves into every aspect of our lives. Wishing you much luck and happiness when you do add another member to your family...
