|  EXER HIDE Beware!!! Walmart rawhide Families..this has been posted on a few status.WARNING- DOG TREATS! Walmart sells a rawhide like chew called Exer-Hide - has been causing MAJOR seizures and death. This product is manufactured in Brazil. This has been happening since December and yet the crap is still being sold. We have a client that gave one to 3 of her dogs - one died, one almost died and the third was very lucky..Please - pass this info on!! The dog that died was supposedly a yorkie , the bigger dogs survived!

| OMG!! Someone should report Walmart for not pulling these off the shelves. The only store bought treats I get are Natural Balance LID treats and bullysticks. I have never bought anything from Walmart or any other type store, but lots of people do. What a horrible thing. Thanks for sharing the info.

| Wow! Thanks for sharing! I was always afraid to feed them anything from walmart...we are cautious with what we feed out babies but this is good to know!

| Actually, when you google exer-hide, I find links that this message has been going around since at least 2007, not just since this past December. I wonder if this is a hoax? Doesn't matter, though, I would never give that to my dogs anyway.
