HELLO EVERYONE,
I am rosalie and i am very new here. thought i would like to make new yorkie friends from over the seas!
i have 8 yorkies, all pets and half deaf and blind who quickly `cottoned on` to my `hand signals` to tell them what i want. theyre all cute ,the younger three are 5/6 years old now. timothy is my best boy and i really dont know how i aim to replace him one day as his every move i know and my every move-he knows.he loves a cuppa tea best of all things, and gets all `unecessary` -when he sees his cup come out onto the tea worktop!

It is great that you have taught your babies hand signals.

Welcome! Wow 8 yorkies I would say your a true blue yorkie lover. I dont know how you do it I have my hands full with two. I hope you stay with us and continue to post and learn. I bet with all your experience with yorkies you could give some helpful advice to others

Welcome to you and your 8 babies! Guess you have to be young and energetic to take care of that many. I have three Yorkies and to me it's a lot of work keeping up with just the grooming alone.
Hope you post pictures and names of your little pack.

what a really lovely welcome from you all-thank you so much. no i am not young! in fact i`m 59 with many disabilities and really only muddle through the full time care of my crew. but i always cook a specially adapted diet for them all (amy is pancreatic and 13 years old, partially blind and arthritis) and the rest of the menu which i cook is a thoroughly balanced doggie diet which i cook up in bulk and freeze in separate bags.i am really rubbish at cutting trimming their hair so they mostly have been shaved off for the summer now. my hubby has a full time job wih the ¬nasty end` of keeping dogs!! which i bless him for every day! we have been married fourty two years now and still love to arggue! ha ha.anyway ladies at the risk of thoroughly boring you all i`ll get off now and as soon as i can find out how to do it-i will of course get some pictures done of them all!

p.s. bathing is a weekly thing here which takes a full two days.

Hi yes that is my name not too many people with that name : )
I have 2 dogs a yorkie-poo (annabelle 4 months ) and a Jug (parker 15 months)
My friends live way out in the uk not sure where abouts They foster lots of skin babys and there older children do the same
