pocketbookpus NO Support for puppies be carefull www.pocketbookpus.net My friend got 2 dogs from them and both got heathy problems One got large heart which she got the dog back and did not refound all the money and the dog is there for sale again AKC Lucky penny X AKC Bundles of cash she breed him so many time this year. Plus she is salling her friend dogs which the contractor is sign by her not her friend so you are on your ower with out no help from them when problem start they stop to talk to you no answered email so NO support What you can do when this happen??????????????? |

Hind sight is always 20/20 but the best thing that you can do is learn from this and never buy from a BYB again (and make sure your friend knows this too) and possibly get an attorney. She honestly named the dog Bundles of Cash? Well at least she doesn't beat around the bush as to her intentions. There is a a thread here somewhere about how to find a good breeder. It's differently a helpful thread full of lots of tips. |

That is sad. Some of those dogs don't even look like they're of proper proportion & size. And why are some of them unregistered? What rep. breeder would even bother, not to mention all of the bold print on the "teacups".:rolleyes::mad::thumbdown |

out of curiousity, what does she charge for her puppies? red flags all over her site, and 5 litters! holy cow, i would say with those names like pair of aces, lucky penny, bundles of cash, etc she's obviously in love with money. not the dogs. so sorry about the puppies :/ that's too bad that your friend had to send the one back, I hope she found a home to care for and love her and that has money for the vet bills!! |

Also, I went to she sells females as "great for breeding" :[ Who knows what kind of hands they go into! Also saw a guy holding his new puppy that looked way too young to leave, I hope he/she wasn't leaving in that picture, so so so sad :( |

Just went back and checked the thread to make sure. She said she couldn't go to "pocketpus" because the pups would have to be "12 lbs to qualify". Do you get what that means? Did I misunderstand? (WTB a female yorkie). |
wow, I just saw her site, she has 10 females and 6 males, and FIVE litters available now! This is a huge byb, mini puppymill! How can you care for that many dogs? Many of her dogs don't fit within the standard, yet she posts the yorkie standard on her site. and I could not find a health guarantee anywhere on her site, did I miss it? |

Please do not comment further and delete your posts concerning this, as you do not have all of the facts and you are really making the issues much worse. |

I am a customer of theirs Pocketbook puppies But what Dolle is stating is not true they still have the puppy in question and are not re selling it and are continueing to monitor the heart issue. We searched for months before we purchased dogs from them and we did not find any un healthy dogs. I also feel that every body has jumped on the band waggin here and made alot of remarks that are not called for. |
Just thought that this would be a good place to link the YTCA statement about "teacups". Yorkshire Terrier Club of America (Awards) Pay special attention to the part that says "Females weighing less than 5 pounds are considered by most breeders to be unsuitable for breeding." Then look again at the breeder's site and see how many of those they have. Caveat Emptor. |
Dolle you are making a false statment here they still have the puppy in question and have no intension of selling it. As for the comments about breeding I am one of there customers and I do not even know there breeding program so i am not sure you why you should be commenting on that either. We still have 1 dog from them with out any issues. We did not see any unhealthy or un cared for dogs while visiting there. So I think everyone should easy up on the comments. |

Your 1st post said you are currently working on a problem w pocketbook pups and her post is making the issue "much worse". Then on your 2nd post you say you are a customer of theirs who "still has 1 pup from them" and have not noticed any sick animals in their care. |
I feel the need to echo my fellow YTers. The only person that can delete any posts on YT are the Admins and the Moderators. If you MMJ feel that the following posts need to be deleted, you can bring them up to Admin's/Mods attention by reporting them. I also think all the posts are valid. I've never seen the sight, but I'd all that was posted about the site is true, this type of breeder is one I would stay away from and urge all my puppy loving friends to stay away as well. Those are just my feelings. |
