| Did the vet say all of his baby teeth came out? It could be a baby or it could be an adult tooth. Either way, the vet should take a look. Baby teeth retained that long can cause issues and adult teeth coming out is a problem, so it's best to have it looked at. Was it the whole tooth or did it look like some of it broke off?

| No the vet never confirmed that all his bby teeth fell out, every time i took him they just look at his gums and mouth&say his teeth look well. It was a complete tooth not a partial, but he has no bleeding since last night(when it fell out) and has been acting pretty normal . thank you for your advice we have an appt for monday. |
