| Max is literally peeling the paint off the walls Well technically the wood that the doors close up against. I come home and I see a bunch of paint peeled off on the floor. Anybody ever have this issue and if so what did you do to remedy it? |

| When you said "peeling the paint off the walls" I thought you were using an expression and not actually serious about him peeling the pain off the walls. Suggestions, ever think about x-penning him when you're not there to supervise?

| Mightypets - Exercise Pens for Pets - page 1 of 7 Those are examples, but when you're not home you can put him in it so he's not free to roam the house as he pleases. Gizmo goes in a crate, however with my next pet I'd prefer an x pen simply because you can add a pee pad. But I definitely wouldn't let him have free reign over the house if he's doing that to your walls.

| My girl used to peel the paint off of walls too. She was just a pup then and thankfully grew out of it. I had patches of paint missing all over the place but the drywall was never damaged.....

| My BamBam is doing that to one area of my door too. He is 6 months old so I expect some of that behavior. I leave him in the kitchen most of the time. I have a large kitchen so he is not feeling caged in at all. I had to take down the wallpaper because he tore it off. I repainted the kitchen and put in a new floor. I just had new counters and back splash installed. Now I am looking for new appliances. I never would have done this if he did not rip the wallpaper. (I did not like the way my kitchen looked before but I love it now!!) I love my BamBam!! Karen |
