Yorkies Are Not Trash
 

The pictures below show a Yorkie being dumped like a piece of trash at a shelter in Louisiana. I am so disgusted by the actions of this man and glad he was caught on the security camera.....

“Is this Your Puppy’s Mother?"

This poor sweet soul was discarded like yesterday's trash after she was used up in the breeding market for most of her life. She was purposely dropped off (see picture of her “dumper” taken by videotape) at Capital Area Animal Welfare Society (a shelter in Baton Rouge, Louisiana) in their gated area when the facility was closed. She was left there in the sun for about 4 hours with no food, shelter or water until someone discovered her. She was no more than a money maker for greedy breeders that have no compassion for God's creatures. She most likely had litter after litter and took care of her young the best she could under the circumstances that she lived in to have them ripped away, likely at 4 or 6 weeks of age to be sold for profit.


Sweet Ella, as she is now known, is one of the lucky ones. She was found before it was too late by one of the CAAWS volunteers and they contacted Yorkie Haven Rescue who immediately went and got her and placed her into a foster home.

SICK!

I am so sick of hearing about these greeders and other people who treat animals like garbage! It is terrible- I hope this man gets what is coming to him.

I know there are cruel people in the world but every once in awhile I get reminders such as this. That poor babe

Adoptable Pups

I hope charges will be put against this jerk. How terrible. Thank God Ella was found and taken in by YHR. Another wonderful rescue. Her story is heartbreaking! What a sicko!

I didn't even read the post at first, I just saw the pictures and it made me sick! This is awful! What a complete scumbag.

I am so tired of hearing such awful stories of animals being abused. I truly breaks my heart. I hope sweet little Ella will find her forever home soon:) I am glad an angel was watching and was able to rescue her.

Ummmm~I'd like to grab him by the scruff of the neck and toss him over a fence. What a vile human being.

The look in poor Ella's eyes makes me just cry; one can only guess what she has gone thru in her lifetime.

At least for the moment she is in good hands, and hopefully will have some good quality time for the rest of her life.

Me, too! The anger that came from seeing those pics and then reading her medical report on YHR's site is overwhelming.

That is disgusting. I am ashamed to call myself human sometimes... I am glad she got the help and the care she needs. Poor baby.

How disgusting, she is such a beautiful dog... and probably had to deliver litter after litter while in so much pain with not enough food, water, sore eyes, etc.

Makes me cry to see this stuff. If lived there, and had $300 better believe I'd snatch her up, I hope she finds a perfect home!!

This is so depressing. I just want to scoop her up, give her a kiss on the head and rub her belly while telling her she's safe and she's finally home. Who wouldn't want to love and spoil such a sweet face?

Low down disgusting excuse for a human - which he's not. He's not even an animal - he's worse than an animal.

I am so glad this poor little lady has found herself in a real home with love and caring and comforts. She deserves only the best of the best. God bless this little girl.

Better yet, how a bout throwing him into the river with an anchor tied to his foot.

It is hard to think that when we walk in the mall, stand in line at the grocery story, sit down at a restaurant or go to the doctor, some of the people looking back at us out there are like that man. They look, move and breathe just like us but they aren't. They are something else. Something is missing that should be there. It is so scary to think we have no real way of knowing just by looking who can treat a dog like this.

I know!!! P nut loves ALL people, so when we run into someone that he doesnt want to get attenton from I kinda wonder like hmmm??? It only happens every once in a while, but it makes you think!

This creep should be sit in the sun for hours with no water or shelter. I get sick to my stomach when i read things like this. Sadly though, it happens everyday.

Many thanks to YHR for coming to her rescue. She will now have the life she has always deserved.

You know it always amazes how horrible and cruel some humans can be.
Thank goodness there are still good people left in this world such as the ones who rescued this poor little girl. I am so glad she has such a happy bright future now and is in a home where she is loved and cared for.

Dear Sweet girl Ella, I hope you get to your forever home and become very spoiled. You deserve so much more, and the past will fade away from your eyes and heart.


God will punish the wicked! I can only say we may not see his punishment but we know he will get his due!

I will never understand why anyone can have such a blatant disregard for a living creature. It is vile beyond my comprehension.

That is so sweet you wished her a Happy Mother's Day. :) I heard she is being spoiled rotten by her foster Mom, so Sunday should be one of the best days of her life.

Also, want to thank everyone else for their concern and comments about sweet Ella. She has a long way to go, but at least she is finally getting the love and care she deserves.
