What is the best feeling?

Harley has started watching TV with me in bed at night (he sleeps in his own room) and he will go into the covers and curl up by my belly and sleep. he'll stay like that for 30 min to an hour and then he's back to his crazy hyper self, maybe in a few years he'll be able to sleep with us, it's taken him a year and a half to get 30 min of cuddle time

I guess with Tibbe it is his signature cheek-to-cheek cuddling. He just loves to cuddle with his tiny little face right next to mine, breathing my very air! He will let you know about it, too, if you are not in the mood to cuddle when he is and you say something like "not right now" or "mommie is busy". He will get on the floor, stand right in front of you and bark you out until you give. I will close the notebook and say "Okay, let's cuddle up!" and up he races onto the couch, jumps on the pillow beside me and waits for me to slide down onto it with his mouth open and smiling as I get comfy. He then curls up in just the the tiniest ball I have ever seen right beside me on the big couch pillow, careful to place his face right along my cheek, rocks his chin back and forth a little on the pillow the way they do and - best feel of all - he lets out just the looooooongest sigh. You can't help but relax and let go when cuddling cheek-to-cheek with Tibbe. He is chicken soup for my soul.

When Zoe is tired, she paws my leg to be picked up. She likes me to hold her like a baby, while she lays on her back. Then she puts one paw on my lips & I kiss it. Then she pulls her paw away. Then she puts it back on my lips & I kiss it again. She repeats this over & over as she gets sleepier til she is finally sleeping and her lil paw is hanging there mid-air. So cute!

Cooper does the exact same thing, but it's right before he falls asleep in bed.

I think what really makes my heart melt is when Max wakes up from sleeping. He opens his eyes and realizes that all the people he loves are with him. He runs to me (i'm usually still in the bed) and wiggles his little butt and tail and kisses me. I then say "look there's Cooper!" or "go give Cooper kisses" and he runs right over to Cooper and repeatedly licks his face. It just reinforces the fact that for my family 2 is better than 1. They really do love and need each other.

When i come back form work, my girls can recognize the sound of my car engine!! (i know cuz i come on my friends car sometimes and there is not a sound) they'll go straight to the balcony, take a peak, and once they are sure, they start barking as loud as possible!!! i love it! cuz it tells me they miss their momma...

I love it when Zoe sleeps on my chest up by my chin and snuggles right next to my neck and cheek! I also love it when she wakes up in the morning (between us in bed, of course) and rolls onto her back for belly rubs. It's the only time she'll lay on her back. That little belly is sooooo soft!

I keep debating another one. Hubby keeps saying no. But I keep looking. When the right one comes along I will end up with them. That is how I ended up with Rosie. I was going to get a shih tzu and my sister in law asked if I wanted a Yorkie. She brought Rosie over to me and it was love at first sight! So, I know one day the second one will appear and I will know that he/she is the right one. Then maybe I can have the two giving each other kisses!

I've been having a hard time dealing with relationship problems with my boyfriend...guyfriend..thing for a few months. We've dated a year and are currently on a break. I've been missing him a ton and well... Rhia must've noticed because she brought me one of her favorite toys the other day and set it on my foot, as if to cheer me up. It was so, so sweet. I also love it when she curls up in the crook of my back or against my tummy. It's so cozy and I love it!
