Sleeping with your YT Just want to know... How many of you let your little ones sleep in the same bed as you? we started lulu off sleeping in her pen, but now, we cant stand not to have her in our bed. Shes never had an accident in the bed or anything, she just moves around ALOT. Shes a flopper when she sleeps!! |
Sophie sleeps with us in our king bed. She alternates who she cuddles with each night. She doesn't move around all that much and hardly ever gets up in the middle of the night. She sleeps straight through like a good baby.:dogzzz: |
Tibbe sleeps right on my pillow with me. Right up next to my face - often cheek-to-cheek - other times butt-to-cheek! :) |
Mine both sleep in the bed- they started out in a pen in my room until they were potty trained (4 & 6 months) and then they moved to my bed. I even bought a platform bed because my other bed was too high for Chloe to get up on herself. I wouldn't have it any other way, I miss them in the bed with me when I am out of town or something. |

Bevo sleeps in bed with me...he has his spot right under my chin and never moves a muscle at night. We just started letting Mac (9 weeks) in our bed this week. he has done well and hasnt had a potty accident...just cant make up his mind where he wants to sleep and moves around a few times during the night! |
Tiny sleeps with us in our bed. He sleeps in between us on the extra pillow. and towards the end of the night, he sleeps under covers with me :) |
ASHLEY sleeps with me in my kingsize bed, me the fur butt the wife and at times my 5yr old daughter...its full house.... she sleeps through the night and has no accidents so far, she will wake me up when she needs to go potty,,, nothing like cuddling with a lil fur butt in the am :) |
LOL!!!at Yorkietalkjilly. I know what its like to have their rear end in your face. I don't know why its always me. Kayla and Dudley sleep with us and Dudley always sleeps at our feet. Kayla sleeps between us. If she gets cold she will sometimes turn around and thats when I get the little butt in the face. Who cares though... its a sweet little butt. |
My Gizmo, has slept with hubby and I from day one, he is now 4-1/2 and 10 lbs. He has his own pillow which sits in between the hubby and I because at bedtime we usually watch TV, for a bit and play tug or war with him. Then when its time to go to sleep he gets off the pillow and lays in between his pillow and me, kind of curls up in the groove of my body at my belly like we are spooning....lol. Our bed is to high for him to get down from so if he has to go potty in the middle of the night, he will stand in my chest and make this whining noise, I then just put him down, where he goes in my private restroom and potties on the pad, then comes and stand at the side of the bed and barks to be picked up and placed back on the bed. He had 2 -3 accidents when he was weeks old, but got the message really quick that that was a no no.:animal37:animal37:teethysmi:teethysmi |
Jack and Josie sleep with me. Josie will get in her spot and not move all night. Jack is the mover. He goes from one end to another. I move over if I am in "his" space. LOL |
Riley sleep in the bed with me, now. I started him in an xpen. He'll be 1-year old, next month and graduated to the bed a few months ago..... :) |
Both of mine sleep in bed with me and have since I brought them home at 5 months. I wouldn't have it any other way :) |
My 4 all sleep with me and I love it. I'm a very sound sleeper, and even Meika's occasional snoring doesn't bother me, and I don't think they move around much. One thing though, they all have to be clean and smell nice, so they get weekly baths with fragrant conditioner. |

My 4 sleep with me. They all have their special places. Cali sleeps in the little cubby hole in my headboard, Nikki's bed is right next to my head, Pixie and Roxie each have a bed on the other side of where I sleep. They are all good about staying in their spots. |
Suzi use to sleep on my bed , but my son got her to sleep on his. So now Suzi will go right to his door and scratch on the door, and whine , until he lets her into his room at night. I still have my shih tzu who is with me at night, everywhere I go Miely will follow me. Even if I can't sleep , she is there with me. |
Jackson has slept in my bed basically from the start. :) I wouldn't have it any other way and actually get sad when he chooses to sleep on the floor. |

Rosie sleeps with me. Right in between me and the hubby! :) |

Gizmo is usully plopped on his Pooh blanket at bed time which is at the foot of our bed. But somehow, the little booger migrates and in the morning he's right between the DH and me. Usually with a paw on the DH's face because he snores too loudly and it bothers his royal highness' delicate beauty rest.. Stinker.. |
Both of our dogs sleep with us every night. I wouldn't have it any other way! They have from day 1. :D |
Snoozles sleeps with us. I put a blanket at the bottom of the bed and he sleeps on that most of the night sometimes he will climb up to the top so he can get under the covers. He doesnt move around and falls asleep in seconds. :) |
Levi sleeps with me every night. He's not much of a snuggler, but he does like to sleep close by...usually with his little head propped up on my ankle. |

Maybe all of her buddies are a little spoiled! Ha ha. Not our babies!! I like having Rosie next to me. She keeps me warm and keeps dh on his side of the bed. :p:p Got her trained! |
He started in the crate, but now he's in the bed. Love it. |
