| Those poor kids are never going to forget seeing that, and I'm sure if he would murder his 2lb dog for peeing on the floor, he would put his hands on his kids in a heartbeat. He needs to be locked up before his wife or kids get hurt, because he obviously has anger issues and no self control. Poor little dog.

| That is so awful for that poor little dog. I feel really bad for the children as well because the image of their father kicking their dog to death will be with them forever. Some people are just sick. |

| I am new to the forums and have learned so much from everyone. But I think it's best I stay away from these news articles. It just really upsets me for any human to mistreat any kind of animal. Especially a little 2 pound yorkie. GRRRR ! He needs to be kicked around and see how he likes it. |

| He doesn't deserve a trial. He needs to be tarred and feathered and strung up from the highest tree and left. If I were his wife I would be packing mine and my children's clothes and gettin' the heck out of dodge. This nut has a screw loose and I would not want him around my children if I were her. Can you imagine the lasting imprint this is going to have on those kids. Sorry piece of humanity. |

Donating Senior Yorkie Talker | I have jury duty in San Bernardino county next month. Maybe I'll get to be on his jury. But the wheels of justice turn so slowly, if at all, that he'll probably get off or not go to trial for ages. |

| Poor little dog. Someone some kick that father in the head and see how he would like that. I feel sorry for the children that saw this happen.

| A 2 1/5 tiny yorkie , that is just SICK. Those children are now traumatised by their fathers actions. Wonder if he has ever hurt them too? A lot of times their is a connection of animal abuse to further violence . The worst of the worst All have histories of killing animals, maybe this is going to open up a lot more information on this socio path. I hope they throw the book at him

| i would seriously have to send him to trial via a pair of stainless steel 6" stilettos! i just ran across a terrible story the other day about a guy who broke a yorkie's neck! f.y.i. there would not be enough security in this world, and jail would be the least of his worries. as far as doing it in front of kids, that is horrible on every level! we had 2 dogs that would fight when i was a kid, and it never got bloody that i saw, and that was highly traumatizing to me!
