| Thanks so much for the advice and for posting your experiences! I think we are going to go ahead and take the plunge!!! I know I would be heartbroken if we lost our little one and could not get her back! |

| When we found Lucy, the first thing we did was scan for a chip. So did the vet. She didn't have one. Also, next time you brush your fur baby, save some fur in a baggie. Search dog groups like Dogs Helping Dogs use the fur to help the tracker dog locate your missing pet. Keep a face photo of your pet on your cell phone, as well as a side shot. It really will help, though I pray no one will ever have to use it.
