| Welcome to YT. Princess is adorable. That is probably just her puppy coat, which she will lose over time. Some yorkies grow a silky coat as an adult, while others will grow a cotton coat. A cotton coat is thicker than the silky coat, too.

| My Bella has a partially cotton coat. Am HOPING that as her coat matures she may get the desired full silk coat. Which might happen with your baby too!
