I started with an easy pattern I found. It wasn't exactly flattering on a dog, so I just started making my own. I can just imagine it in my head and try it on a stuffed animal dog and go from there. How are you doing. Do you remember me? I had Jessie for a couple of days. I know things didn't work out at the time, but I think it was for the best. I now have Cricket and Bubba as you can see in my avatar. I saw all of you pups and they are beauties. Let me know how everything's going with you and you BEAUTIES.

Absolutely adorable! I have knitted three sweaters for Snoodles, but would rather crochet one. Wish you could write out the directions. Did you make the Mickey Head after and sew it on, or make it as you went? At any rate I love that sweater. How much does your dog weigh? Snoodles weighs 3#1oz. Would it fit her?
Where on the net have you found any instructions? I can find the knitted one, but not a crochet one?

I crocheted the head first and sewed it on. Cricket weighs 5 lbs. It's hard to find patterns. I joined a crochet forum. They have all kinds of info there. I think it's against the rules to post other forums, so just google it. I can try to email you with what kind of stitches I used, and then just look at the picture and you can figure it out since you already know how to knit. There are knit to crochet instructions out there somewhere i saw. Google that too. I hope that helps. The most important is you get your dogs measurements and then make the sweater just a bit larger.

Very nice, you are very talented. Only thing I was able to crochet for Boomer is a harness, and even that isn't very good.

I think that Minnie and Mickey are very lucky to have a mom who can make them such cute clothes.

The sweaters are adorable. Looking forward to seeing pictures of them modeling them for us.

"I" realize its an old thread. I can't speak for others. I am planning on getting pup's named (Mickey && Minnie) && If the person who made them ever would like to make my pups some. I would be glad to compensate. It wouldn't hurt to try n find out. It beats my attempt. HeHe
