| ![]() Does anyone use these companies? I'm in Canada and use Petsecure, but I screwed up my plan by changing my deductible. If I go back to the cheaper alternative, then I risk losing coverage for anything I've already claimed for. Which includes an ear infection and the meds for an upset stomach. I'm on Petsecure 1 plan for dogs, with a $300 monthly deductable I'm considering Petcare Quickcare optimum. I'm royally confused, and broke. so I'm trying to make a decision tonight, cause pet care is willing to give me a deal to switch tonight to them. Thoughts? Man I hate insurance. Just last week the freakin car insurance company screwed me over and raised my premium without me knowing (I know sounds stupid, but they misinformed me and wont change it). I'm just frustrated with this mess.

| ![]() Well the good news is that they've extended the discount. My mom suggested that I ask them if I can have til tomorrow night to make the decision. To test and see if they were just trying to pressure me into the switch. I've scratched the choice of the Quickcare plan and am now considering the basic Master Care, because it's closer to my current plan. Any and all reviews are very appreciated. Don't neccessarily have to use these companies in Canada.

| ![]() Well I just did a break even analysis of the two (yeah I'm a business student) and there is a very marginal difference between the two. UGH I really don't know what to do. maybe I do just want to stay with Petsecure. Anyone know any other Canadian insurers.

| ![]() Yeah I'm starting to lean towards staying. What's killing me is the fact that I picked the $300 deductable. There would be absolutely no question if I stayed at the $150.

Can I ask what you meant by a $300 monthly deductible? I've never heard of a monthly deductible and that sounds really high.
