| ![]() I was just wondering...is it normal for yorkies to shake? It's not serious shaking, but more like cold and scared shaking...because Hope shakes when we go outside and she's naked (shaved). I can't wait for her hair to grow back...umm...does anyone know how long that takes?? Then, there's also excited shaking?? Emma shakes when she stares at her ball and no one throws it. Hope shakes when I make her sit and wait patiently for her food. Do your babies do this???

| ![]() Sammy shakes when he's at the vet's office. My neighbor has a little girl yorkie that shakes alot. Maybe cause they are small and they get chilled more easily? |

| ![]() Kaji shakes A LOT. In the car, on a walk, when it's bath time, pretty much when he's nervous. But he's an overall nervous dog, so I've come to learn which shakes are nerves, and which are when he's cold. For the most part with him it's always nerves.

| ![]() Roxie is a shaker. She shakes when she's cold, when she's nervous, in the car, and at the vet's office. Some people put clothes on their pups when they are cold, but my Roxie HATES clothes, so there's really nothing else I can do. Sometimes I'll put on the fireplace on and she will go lay by it to warm up.

| ![]() Kandi is very cold sensitive as well. She always shakes when she's cold. Luckily, she does like her flannel nightie, so we put that on and it helps. She also likes to sleep by the heating vents.

| ![]() My Jilly used to shake due to pain, excitement or anything new. My current Yorkie, Tibby, only shakes when he comes in from being coated in snow or when he gets cold after bathing as I'm turning on the hair dryer. Sounds like typical Yorkie shaking unless there are other symptoms. |
