WARNING - GRAPHIC Pics to aid in saving Puppy Mill Dogs 4 Attachment(s) Warning - GRAPHIC PICTURES I posted this in my thread on Mills and Transport of Dogs....but don't see alot of views :( I want to get everyones attention...Joan ...thanks - you got me going again ...I would LOVE you all to be SO OUTRAGED by these pictures.... that you sit down and start campaigning to help save these dogs. LOOK AT THESE PICTURES IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS on the CARE of Puppy Mill dogs... This is a neglected Bichon MOM to a Pet Store Puppy - THIS IS HOW SHE WAS FOUND....and would have stayed like this until she was bred yet AGAIN.....I can't figure out what breed Hartley is in the 3rd pic...I THINK a Bichon again CLICK on this yorkies picture if you think you can His name was Cassidy - READ how they treated him. It will make you cry... Do not click pics if you throw up easily |

OMG!!! I had no idea!! I had never really heard of them,maybe I just havent paid any attention if I did.but that is sure awful. Are they everywhere?what can we co to stop it!? THat angers me so bad and makes me cry too.I wish I could help...thanks for enlightening me |
Congratulations Villette . You have done a very good post . IMO... this is with pictures like them that peoples will maybe understand something . Last weekend , some of my friends and I distrubuted some tracks about petstores and puppymills . Some peoples were very mad at us and on the other hand we have convinced 3 persons to not buy at the petstores they went to see puppies and kittens . Some will surely say just 3 , it start like that with me and I am proud . Peoples have to see very shocking pictures to have reactions . I forgot to say that Animal Protection took Baby Nathan and a few Yorkies , Malteses and Pomeranians in a place similar to those pictures . |
V, I too am horrified by all the puppy mills!! How can I get involved with a similar protest group out here in CA? I don't know that if I sign up with a group that is based in PA., or anywhere in the mid-west, it will help here in CA. Any info you have on CA, AZ, NV would be greatly appreciated. Also, I know there is a website for convicted sex-offenders that have been released, is there one for puppy mills? I don't know where to start looking. Thanks, Suz |
Sad very sad. A puppy mill was just closed in Quebec, that was run by someone that said they where a championship breeder. There where many breeds. I am not sure if I can cross post the link, as I posted it at http://www.nopuppymills.com/ under news article Susana reposted it there for me. Sad thing is that big puppy mills get to run in Quebec because of poor Federal laws provincial relations. Even sadder is that BYB's can run all over the place and have just as bad of conditions and get away with it as they are small, going unnoticed mum and pop run and in tight communities to afraid to tell on them or tell them to clean up their act. When will the day ever come that we, value a life any life human or furry enough to then make the rules needed to shut puppy mills and BYB's down for good and jail these fools. Until then this will go on and on. As long as dogs are seen a money on paws not a wee little soul. Joy |
:confused: As a new member on YT and not sure how all of this works but would it be possible to setup a Forum where this information could be stored? Many people have no idea about mills and how they help support these inhuman conditions when they buy their dogs in petshop's. It could also have a section on how you can help stop these mills and well as a section on the health of these animals and the terrible costs to people when they buy these dogs. We could have a thread on "see how mom and dad live". Sad to say most people want to put their heads in the sand when they see these types of pictures and only think of themselves when they go and buy the dog. Maybe we could wake a few people up. Education of the public is the only thing that is going to stop what is going on and maybe YT can be part of the solution. Cindy & The Gang :aimeeyork |
