| I ordered Minksheen online (I think amazon has it, as well as minksheen's official website). I love it- the smell lasts a long time, by far the longest of any shampoo I've ever tried. The smell is hit or miss with people, it's a colonge-type smell so it's pretty strong but I LOVE it! It's also got flea repellent in it which is nice. Biogroom I used to get at Petsmart but I heard they don't sell it anymore... Tropiclean is actually my least favorite, I dont find the smell to last long enough for my liking. Whenever I use it, I follow up with BioGroom Silk Creme Conditioner.

| How is Tropiclean and which one do you use? I am searching for shampoo for my new coco and I tried to find Biogroom because i hear great review and there is a distributer in Korea but everywhere i search they only have the cat line or ear cleaner (i thought koreans didnt like cats...) I see Tropiclean everywhere & I am thinking of purchasing it. Isle of Dog brand is available in Korea from my breeder but it is an arm & a leg because it's imported. ($50/bottle) so i'll wait to give that a try when I'm back in Canada where things are cheaper :P hehe |

I looked online and it contains eucalyptus oil and citronella which is why they say it repels fleas. (I never understood eucalyptus as a flea repellant though. Koala bears eat eucalyptus leaves and they have fleas)

| I like Buddy Wash (Petco), Tropiclean and even Pantene for humans. I know I'm not supposed to wash them with human products but it gets Troy amazingly clean and lasts all week.

| So I know this is a difficult question to answer, but what do these SMELL like?? I only have access to Petsmart/Co, so I don't want to order a shampoo online and find out it's stinky! LOL! I just bought the Isle of Dog puppy formula and it smells cologney, in a nice way. NOT fruity or worse-cucumberly/melon (Two of my LEAST favorite scents!) Yes, I'm weird. I spend way too much time thinking about these things... |
