I would add that I prefer to deal with the store manager NOW.

There is no excuse for that type of rudeness from a salesperson. The older I get the less tolerant I am about that type of thing. I tend to ask people why they are so grumpy today too.

On another note, I just don't understand why people criticize small dog lovers so much. We are (almost) across the board loving kind people that don't do anything to deserve it. And that love doesn't end with our own little furbutts. We tend to love all small creatures don't we? sigh. I think I'm very sad about this situation.

I would have asked that sales lady Those kind of people that cares enough about her dog not to leave them in an unattended car where they could have been abducted or worse. Then you're right I'm Those kind of people.
