I have a stupid idea. Maybe you should buy some doggie shoes or boots until her pads heal. And as they said, you get what you pay for. If that woman charges only $25 I would be very suspicious because any groomer I know charges $55 up for a grooming. I would wait until I get enough money to pay for a good groomer even if my dog's grooming was overdue.

So I was wondering if any of you had that done to your dogs and if you have noticed a change in their temper. Please let me know. Thanks!

So sorry you and your little one had to go through that! Aren't calluses what protect their pads in the first place?

Poor Chloe. My groomer cuts the hair between the pads on Sam's paws but not the pads themselves. Give Chloe a big hug from Sammy and me.
