I've been on the internet since there was an internet & I must say that YT is actually THE most friendly forum I've been involved in. Granted, sometimes people by nature will butt heads BUT the important thing is that we've all learned that with understanding comes growth.

I've been privledged to have met several YTers in person & hope to meet many more.

There's no other place I know of that continues to educate anyone willing to learn. I can honestly say every day I've spent on the forum I've learned at least one new thing.

I think for me, bottom line, I love YT because this place is FUN! :D

I found YorkieTalk after I did a google search about yorkies. I joined when I got Tessie, I learned so much from everyone here about how to raise her. Everyone has been so nice and supportive. I have met some very nice people and friends. I tell everyone I see with a yorkie about this site and encourage them to join. YT has been so helpful I now have my 4 yorkie babies. I call this my Yorkie Facebook.

This site is amazing! It is fun to make friends here and chat once in a while! I joined before I got my dog...made the wait tolerable!!:)

I was searching Google about a question I had regarding Yorkies when Calleigh was about a year old. It directed me to Yorkie Talk and I have been here ever since. I love it here! I only wished I had discovered it when she was going through her puppy stage. I thought I was alone in what we were going through. We made it through the puppy "terrible 2's." YT has been a great source of information and everything Yorkie. I have made so many friends here. I feel so close to people just by reading how they feel about their pups too. We are like a family. We all love our Yorkies so much. There is nothing like this anywhere. :)

I "inherited" a 3 month old Yorkie, a breed I knew nothing about when I found Yorkie Talk. I thought to myself "you have raised a lot cats this will not be hard" WRONG!!!

Yorkie Talk has given me advice all along Sophie Kates life from Potty Training, Crate Training (who knew you needed a crate, not me) to even now when she is almost 3 years old.

I have learned to value the people who work with the rescues, smile at all the cute baby pictures and share in the excitement of the "new baby"countdowns.

I have also learned a lot of non Yorkie information such has how to boil an egg properly :).

i am so blessed to have found this site and the many wonderful people here as well. i have received so much info and support and made some wonderful friends. this is a wonderful community and i am very happy to be a part of it. i wouldn't have it any other way! thank you everyone for your advice and support over the years, it means the world to me!

Like so many others, I had a question and I Goggled looking for an answer and landed in that wonderful place called Yorkie Talk. I thought that I was just there to get an answer to my question at the time (I was researching allergies). A short period later I was doing some more research and where do you think I ended up…Yorkie Talk of course. I realized that I had already signed up when I had my first question, I started browsing around the site and saw pictures of all the sweet babies and I got excited. There is something about a Yorkie that just warms the heart and makes you smile. That same day I posted my first pictures of my little girl and we received such a warm welcome and lots of sweet picture comments and we have been here ever since.

Thank you for allowing us to be a part of such a wonderful community!

I love so many things...the friends, support, passion, kindness, intelligence, compassion, willingness. I learn things every time I'm here. The people here are the absolute best.

We never would have found Basil has it not been for YT. No forum is perfect, but this one is above all of the rest combined.

No, it is not alive, it is an original SunnyBear, from our very own Sunnie who posts here. It is a likeness of my wife, and the present she got for Valentine's Day.
