Aww, he is adorable!! How old is he now? It think it is great that you are taking responsibility for him knowing he may have health issues later on.
Please keep us updated on his progress, we would love to see more pictures of him as he grows up.

Well, Took Bevo to meet the baby....He sniffed and then was NOT interested!! LOL!! Hope he will come around slowly as time goes on! The baby is doing awesome! Here a a couple of pics of Bevo and his baby!

You dont sound stupid...i didnt know what it was either...until I now have one! The pup is born "blue" or really silvery/gray and red instead of black/red. They are know to have numerous hair and skin issues and alot tend to die an early age. We are truly hoping that he proves to be a healthy pup with a very long life!!

Just another update!! "Mac" (as he is now officially named

) is a fat little butter ball. He is 13 days old today and still hasnt opened his eyes. We have moved him and his mommy to our house until he is weened and then his mom will go back home. Just felt more comfortable having him here under my watch!! Bevo still has no interest whatsoever! He color is changing already to a much darker shade. So far so good! Keeping my fingers crossed!!

Here is a new pic of him on his human daddys chest. (funny thing, my husband who calls me insane because I love Bevo so much has claimed Mac and cuddles him all the time!)
